Obesity, a condition that raises the risk of sickness and early mortality, is brought on by overeating, insufficient exercise, a sedentary lifestyle, and impaired fat oxidation. The purpose of this literature study was to gather information from numerous articles to ascertain how high-intensity interval training affected cardiorespiratory fitness, 21 publications between the years of 2009 and 2022 were picked after using online search engines like PubMed and Google Scholar. The information was tallied in accordance with the mixed research study with a literature review, the participants, the circumstances, the manner of therapy, and the conclusion. According to this review of the literature, high-intensity interval training enhances six out of ten general physical abilities in athletes, including stamina, power, and cardiovascular/respiratory endurance Speed, coordination, agility, and precision make up the final four physical aptitudes that are still to be discovered.
